What we collect

When you create an alert, we store your email address, chosen game and platform, alert status, confirmation and management tokens, and relevant timestamps. Delivery status is recorded so we do not send the same update twice.

If you choose “Less like this” in your private My GamePray dashboard, we store the game identifier beside a one-way keyed code derived from your email address. The recommendation preference does not contain your plain email address and can be reset from the dashboard.

Why we use it

We use this data only to confirm, manage and deliver the alerts you requested, improve the recommendations shown in your private dashboard, protect the service from abuse, and understand aggregate demand for games and platforms.

Measurement

GamePray records page paths and referring website hostnames without cookies. When you use a game search, we also record the search phrase, selected platform and number of results so we can identify missing games. Email addresses and web links entered as search phrases are discarded. Recommendation additions, dismissals and resets are counted only as aggregate events. This lightweight measurement does not store your IP address, cookie or user-agent string in the analytics database.

Processors and retention

Transactional email is delivered through Resend. We do not sell personal data. Alert data remains until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it, subject to limited security or legal retention needs.

Your choices

Every alert email includes a management link. You may unsubscribe at any time, reset hidden recommendations in My GamePray, and request access, correction or deletion by emailing the address above.

This pre-launch notice must be reviewed with the final legal operator details before public launch.
